Licensing Outcomes: Granting, denial, tiering, limitation, or revocation of eligibility letters and licenses remains at the sole, unfettered discretion of statutory regulatory authorities.
Processing Timelines: Government security clearances, CID screenings, ministerial board reviews, and primary institution response rates are beyond contractual timeline guarantees.
Regulatory Changes: Ministries reserve the right to alter eligibility criteria, pass scores, or document prerequisites retroactively without prior notice to intermediaries.
Document Authenticity & Fraud Zero-Tolerance
Primary source verification processes conducted through DataFlow Group and Gulf health councils operate under rigid cross-border criminal compliance protocols.
Clients submitting documentation attest under penalty of administrative blacklisting and criminal liability that all submitted diplomas, transcripts, internships, logbooks, and Good Standing Certificates represent unmanipulated records issued directly by accredited bodies.
Warrant of Authenticity
The Client represents and warrants that all documentation provided to Adams Global Connect is genuine, legally acquired, and free from falsification or unapproved alterations. Providing manipulated records constitutes an immediate material breach.
Primary Source Verification Discrepancy & Negative Reports
Should the DataFlow Group or regulatory ministry issue an "Unable to Verify" or "Negative / Discrepancy" outcome owing to non-responsive issuing institutions, forged seals, or unregistered clinical facilities, Adams Global Connect bears no liability for resultant government disciplinary action.
Immediate Termination & Blacklist Indemnification
Submission of fraudulent records results in instantaneous termination of advisory representation without right of refund. The Client agrees to indemnify Adams Global Connect against any legal claims or regulatory inquiries arising from fraudulent submissions.
Client Responsiveness Requirement
Healthcare licensure procedures operate under statutory windows (e.g., 60-day DataFlow resolution windows). Clients must provide required clarification letters, supplementary forms, or identity verifications within five (5) business days of notice.

A cornerstone of our corporate ethics is absolute transparency regarding professional consulting retainers versus third-party statutory government disbursements.

Currency & Bank Remittance
All engagement fees are calculated in UAE Dirhams (AED) or equivalent United States Dollars (USD). Bank transfer charges, intermediary SWIFT commissions, and local currency conversion charges are borne entirely by the payor.
Document Courier & Third-Party Surcharges
Specialized institutional verification fees (e.g., universities requiring exceptional transcripts clearing payments, notarization fees, apostille stamping) are communicated in advance and billed as direct disbursements.
Dormant File Policy
Files inactive for over one hundred eighty (180) consecutive calendar days due to client unresponsiveness are archived. Reactivation requires a formal administrative re-audit fee of AED 750.
Jurisdiction, Arbitration & Statutory Compliance Desk
These Terms of Service are construed and governed in complete alignment with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
Amicable Resolution Prior to Action
In the event of any query, dispute, or disagreement arising from advisory services, the Client commits to lodging an official written request to our Compliance Oversight Desk before initiating institutional escalations.
Exclusive Forum Jurisdiction
Any irreconcilable conflict falling outside informal resolution shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of the Emirate of Dubai, UAE.
Severability of Clauses
If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be severed without impairing the validity of the remaining covenants.
